This course is aimed to provide the hardware/building centre retail associate with the knowledge necessary to successfully assist a customer in choosing the right products for the installation of SuperVent (JSC). Also covered are basics about wood burning stoves in general.

This course consists of 3 modules each with its own quiz followed by a final exam. Topics covered include:

• Basic Knowledge
• Sales / System Design
• Installation
